7 Reasons Why You’re Still Struggling to Get Sales & Sign Ups on Facebook!

I get it, I’ve been there before and it can be depressing!

I mean, it’s not like you haven’t tried…

  • You post regularly like you’ve been told to…
  • You engage on other people’s posts…
  • You interact in various FB Groups…
  • You message 5-10 people a day…
  • You have conversations…
  • Etc, etc…

But for some reason, you still can’t seem to make any progress.

And to make matters worse…

You probably don’t know what to do to change things 😞

Well…

Reason #1: Your Facebook Profile Sucks

So, you may not know this already but your FB Profile is one of your most valuable assets on Facebook…

Why?

Because people visit your profile to check you out every single day and especially before deciding if you’re somebody they want to buy from, hire or join.

Now unfortunately there’s a few major problems with most people’s FB Profiles…

And by making any one of these mistakes they ruin any chance of success…

For starters…

  • Most profiles are not optimised correctly.
  • Most people post the wrong kind of content.
  • They have links that go to the wrong kind of websites that totally ruins their credibility, authority and chance of success.
  • They usually have no CTA in any of their posts.
  • They either promote too much or don’t promote enough.
  • And many more basic errors.

But the good news is that when you get your Facebook Profile in order…

Things start to change 🙂

QUICKLY!!

Reason #2: Your Using FB Stories The Wrong Way

Now, just like other areas of Facebook… there’s a right way and a wrong way to use FB Stories

If you use them wrong, you dramatically decrease your chances of success…

And if you use them right… you’ll be able to start a ton of conversations with new potential leads…

And take them right through to customer, client or team member.

Why?

Well, because FB are currently favouring stories and more and more people are seeing them…

If you promote too much, you push people away…

If you don’t promote enough, you never get any interest.

It’s a fine balance.

Also, there’s a ton of features you’re probably not using correctly on FB Stories either…

Or maybe you’re not using them at all?

And as always, there’s a specific strategy to it.

Reason #3: You Don’t Have a Strategy For Using FB Groups

Here we go…

Good old Facebook Groups…

I’m not talking specifically about your own FB Group, or other people’s FB Groups.

Either, it doesn’t matter…

The problem is that most people use them wrong and as a result end up wasting a ton of time attracting the wrong people…

Or even worse… nobody at all 🙁

I mean…

All I ever see some people doing is posting their advert for their product, service or business in multiple different groups…

And hoping and praying they get somebody biting…

Rarely they do.

I also see people PM’ing everyone then can from the group in the hope that somebody will show an interest…

And rarely they do.

Then there’s content…

Don’t get me started on content…

Well, let’s put it this way…

You’ve got to post the right content at the right frequency in the right places to get results.

Reason #4: You Have No Framework For Your Messenger Conversations

Messenger is Magic when you know how to harness it correctly…

And one of your biggest sources of business will come from Messenger.

The problem is however that most people have no real framework for conversations in messenger…

As a result they waste a ton of time saying the wrong things, to the wrong people at the wrong time…

And end up wondering why they’re not making more sales.

See…

With FB Messenger there’s a FOUR (4) stage process you need to take your leads through (which I’ll be talking more about in another post soon…)

And when you implement the 4 stages you’re able to generate cold leads online, warm them up quickly and turn them into new customers, clients or team members easily…

It can be a predictable process when you use it correctly!

Reason #5: Trying To “Wing It” On A Facebook Live

So…

You’re either not using FB Lives in your business at all… or you’re using them all wrong.

Again, there’s a specific trick to making FB Lives work for you…

…and just by “going live” doesn’t mean anything.

In fact, if you’re just “going live” for the sake of it or because you’ve been told it’s the right thing to do…

Then you probably should wait until you know what you’re doing.

Now, obviously practice makes perfect…

And you can’t get good at something until you’ve practiced…

But there are better places to practice than your Facebook Profile.

I mean do you want to go out in front of everybody you know and just “wing it”?

Or do you want to go out full of confidence, knowing what you are doing and having a specific process to follow?

Usually most people do the first…

And then wonder why nobody was interested in what they have to say or offer…

However I strongly recommend the latter…

Reason #6: Posting On Your FB Fan / Business Page & Wondering Why Nobody Is Seeing Your Posts

Now don’t get me wrong…

FB Business Pages are amazing when used correctly! And over the years I’ve built some pretty big audiences in various different niches…

However…

Pages are mostly designed to be used with PAID ADS…

And are not great for organic traffic without the right strategy…

Think about your Fan Page, it’s kind of like a Blog…

A Blog is a website where you post regular content and viewers / readers come back to consume more…

If your Blog is awesome, and you combine it with email marketing then you can easily bring people back to you on a daily basis…

But if it’s average and you don’t collect people’s email addresses…

Then rarely do people remember to come back.

And it’s a bit like your Fan / Business Page.

Just because you post on your page, doesn’t mean people are going to see it…

In fact, hardly anybody sees your Business Page content unless they’ve changed their feed options to “See First”…

So, having a page for the sake of having a page isn’t helping at all…

In fact, it’s hindering.

Reason #7: You Don’t Know How To Combine All Aspects of FB Together

This is a Game-Changer.

Knowing how to combine all aspects of Facebook together to create a seamless, predictable and profitable pipeline for your business 🙂

There it is right there…

Is it possible?

Yes…
